“A powerful earthquake toppled buildings, schools and chemical plants Monday in central China, killing more than 8,700 people and trapping untold numbers in mounds of concrete, steel and earth in the country’s worst quake in three decades.” In north Sichuan a tragedy has occured. Many people have lost loved ones, homes, and their lifes. Everyone that witnessed and was there for the quake are scared to death. They are scared of another one. They are scared of a loved ones name being put a board of who has died. The thing they are most worried about is the number of children affected. “ While most buildings in the city held up, those in the countryside tumbled. On the outskirts of Chongqing, a school collapsed, killing at least five people. Residents said teachers kept the children inside, thinking it was safer.” They are left with nothing. No power,  water, resources but they wont give up. ““As long as there was a slightest hope, we should make our effort a hundred times and we will never relax,” he said outside the collapsed school in Juyuan.“

I think what has happened is truely a tragedy. No one deserves to have their life and home taken away like that. But there is nothing they can do about it. They just have to keep fighting and holding on. Im sure they will pull through.

   -For the Evangelical Christians he puts passages from the bible, he added quotes from different people for his audience, he also added pictures of the planet changing.

    -Because he deserved it. No one has spent more time and effort than him on global warming.

    -I think its a good idea.

    -Not at first because it went against everything he was saying.

Haley Barry and her boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry had their first daughter on March 16,2008. At 41, she finally had a child and she couldn’t be happier about it. They are both so happy and doing great. Raymond Barrett died on Sunday attending to a fire in Passica City. He has been a volunteer firefighter for a very long time at age 62. As the house collasped Raymond was still in the there and that was the cause death. Trying to do anything they could to help the other firefighters preformed cardiopulmonary resuscitation before he was admitted to Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plain. Unfortunaltly Raymond Barrett was pronounced dead around 5 p.m.

The Giants defiantly deserve winning the Super Bowl. They worked hard through out the whole game and even when they were losing they didnt give up.

The guest speaker was very inspirational. He seemed very passionate about what he was saying and it made you listen and his speech be that more interesting. He explained his experience with the World Trade Center. Everyone in this country went through that, but its a whole different experience when you are actually there and experiencing it. His stories showed me how much this country in a time of need come together. I enjoyed his speech and was felt lucky that i got to hear it.
